Yes. The Finance Department will email your official receipt.

EPF will send you a letter informing that your withdrawal request has been approved.

EPF will issue a cheque to AeU.

Please bring along your IC, Student ID card and relevant academic certificates. There have been cases where the EPF officers would like to see your original certificates for verification purposes.

Yes, when you submit your documents to EPF, an EPF officer will ask you to complete FORM KWSP 9H (AHL), which EPF will provide.

You can request your EPF withdrawal letter by logging into your student portal or by contacting lsc@aeu.edu.my

If you are withdrawing your EPF for the first time, AeU will provide you with the following documents:

  • Original Confirmation Letter
  • Certified True Copy of your Offer Letter
  • Certified True Copy of the Approval Letterfrom EPF
  • Certified True Copy of AeU’s Registration License
  • Original Open Entry Letter (if you were accepted into AeU via Open Entry)

For subsequent EPF withdrawals, AeU will provide you with the following documents:

  • Original Confirmation Letter
  • Certified True Copy of your latest result slip / Original Progress Report(For MSc and PhD students only)
  • Certified True Copy of the Approval Letter from EPF
  • Certified True Copy of AeU’s Registration License

You must register as a student first before proceeding with your EPF withdrawal.

Yes. A 10% Loyalty Discount on tuition/research fee will be given to students who enrol for a new academic programme upon completion of his/her previous academic programme. 

Note: Other incentives and discounts will not be applicable. The discount will be deducted by semester / modular / yearly basis depending on programme mode.

EPF refers to Employment Provident Fund which is applicable for Malaysians only. Yes, you can pay your tuition fees by EPF. AeU will provide you with the EPF Withdrawal letter and other supporting documents. You must submit these documents to any EPF branche across Malaysia. Kindly contact Learner Services Centre if you want to request the EPF Withdrawal Letter.

 

If you pay the full semester fees by end of Week 3 of that semester (based on Tri-Semester Academic Calendar), you are entitled for 10% discount on tuition fees. E.g September 2001 semester, the deadline for the 10% discount is on 9th Oct 2011.
For DBA students, 10% full settlement discount on tuition fees will be granted if full payment is paid by Week 2 of that module (based on Modular Academic Calendar). E.g October 2011 Module, the deadline for the 10% discount is on 16th October 2011.
Note: Students who are not able to get the 10% full settlement discount are from the following programmes:
  • MSc
  • PhD
  • Executive Masters
  • DBA students who are currently doing their Research Dissertation

Physical Disadvantage Discount (OKU) – Eligible to applicant who is physically disadvantaged and registered with Social Welfare Department of Malaysia. 75% discount on tuition/research fee will be given. Discount will be deducted by semester/module/yearly basis depending on the programme mode.

Senior Citizenship Discount – Eligible to senior citizen who is 55 years old and above upon registration. 50% discount on tuition/research fee will be given. Applicable for Malaysians only. Discount will be deducted by semester/module/yearly basis depending on the programme mode.

 

The fees for programmes by semester/module/year consist of the following:
  • Non Recurring Fee – Processing & registration fees (Payable one time during registration)
  • Recurring Fee – Semester’s registration fee, resource fee & personal insurance (Payable every semester/module)
  • Tuition Fee/Research Fee
  • Exam Fee – Assessment fees e.g assignment & final examination
