If you are withdrawing your EPF for the first time, AeU will provide you with the following documents:

- Certified True Copy of your Offer Letter

- Original Open Entry Letter (if you were accepted into AeU via Open Entry)
For subsequent EPF withdrawals, AeU will provide you with the following documents:
- Original Confirmation Letter
- Certified True Copy of your latest result slip / Original Progress Report(For MSc and PhD students only)
- Certified True Copy of the Approval Letter from EPF
- Certified True Copy of AeU’s Registration License

Yes. A 10% Loyalty Discount on tuition/research fee will be given to students who enrol for a new academic programme upon completion of his/her previous academic programme.

EPF refers to Employment Provident Fund which is applicable for Malaysians only. Yes, you can pay your tuition fees by EPF. AeU will provide you with the EPF Withdrawal letter and other supporting documents. You must submit these documents to any EPF branche across Malaysia. Kindly contact Learner Services Centre if you want to request the EPF Withdrawal Letter.

Physical Disadvantage Discount (OKU) – Eligible to applicant who is physically disadvantaged and registered with Social Welfare Department of Malaysia. 75% discount on tuition/research fee will be given. Discount will be deducted by semester/module/yearly basis depending on the programme mode.
Senior Citizenship Discount – Eligible to senior citizen who is 55 years old and above upon registration. 50% discount on tuition/research fee will be given. Applicable for Malaysians only. Discount will be deducted by semester/module/yearly basis depending on the programme mode.
