On 5th April 2010, SEMCON Project Management and Asia e University organised a talk on the New Project Management Methodology, XPM at AeU by Ms Lena Dubbelman.

In his welcoming remarks, YBhg Prof Dato’ Dr Ansary Ahmed, President/CEO, AeU, welcomed members of the PMI Malaysian Chapter and SEMCON management and mentioned that it was an honour for AeU to be associated with this business collaboration to offer the new project management methodology to the Malaysian market.

The presentation was attended by business professionals, senior management, PMO heads/managers and also project managers from various sectors.
The speaker, Ms Lena Dubbelman, is the Managing Director of Semcon AP, an organisation which creates excellence in project management for organisations worldwide. She has worked in the area of project management for more than 20 years, as a project manager, project coach/mentor, teacher and facilitator.

Lena has managed assignments ranging from project management, creation and implementation of project methodologies, analysis of organizational project maturity, design of project portfolio tools, facilitation of project management courses and workshops. She has vast international experience and has had assignments in Sweden, Germany, Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil, Italy, South Africa, Thailand and now Malaysia.
