What now?
There are a few pre-arrival steps you must complete to get started at AeU. Work through the steps below to accept your offer and get prepared for your studies.

What do you need to do to accept the offer?

To accept your offer of admission, you must have submitted a complete set of required documents as stated in the offer letter.

  • A notification on application status will be sent to all successful applicants.
  • For successful application, offer letter and registration guidelines can be downloaded online. Not to worry, applicants can contact our representatives for guidance on the registration.
  • Based on the offer letter, all successful applicants need to submit the required documents (certified true copy) to complete the admission process.
    All documents are to be uploaded via Online Application System. Documents needed will be:

    • 1 certified true copy of IC (A4 size, front and back on 1 page)
    • 2 copies of recent passport-sized photograph with name written on the reverse
    • 1 set of academic qualifications and transcript (If academic records are in language other than English, it must be accompanied with approved translation)
    • 1 set of TOEFL, IELTS or intensive English programme certificate (if any)
    • 1 copy of Curriculum Vitae

Note: Failure to submit the documents within 2 weeks from the date of the offer may deem your registration to be regarded as lapsed. Contact the university’s admissions office at admission@aeu.edu.my if you previously cancelled or declined an offer of admission but now wish to accept the offer. The university will determine if you can still be considered and, if so, will issue a new offer.

How to Make Payment for Registration Fee?

  • To begin the semester as an official AeU student, paying the registration fee payment is compulsory.
  • Payment can be done via online payment, cash deposit, cheque, bank draft or walk-in at AeU Campus. Proof of payment shall be emailed to finance@aeu.edu.my by providing the details such as; full name, IC / Passport number and programme applied for verification.

What Will Every Student Receive?

When all the requirements of an offer have been fulfilled, the AeU Admission Unit will write to firmly accept you as a student and you will receive all access information such as:

  1. Student Registration Information
  2. The Personalized Learning Space (myPLS) login details
  3. Student Portal login details
  4. AeU student personal email address details
  5. AeU E-Library login details
  6. Student ID card
    • If you are residing in Malaysia, please collect from Asia e University, Wisma Subang Jaya, No 106, Jalan SS15/4, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor or from the respective Learning Centre, If you are NOT residing in Malaysia and would like the ID card to be sent to your correspondence address, you need to pay a dispatch fee upon receipt of payment, the card will be sent to you.

Orientation & Settling In

Finally, we are glad to officially welcome you to Asia e University. Orientation is the best way to start your learning journey at AeU. During the orientation, you will find all information that you will need to successfully navigate your way through your first few weeks and settle in to your studies.

All students are invited to attend the Orientation Day at AeU Campus, Subang Jaya which will enable you to:

  • Have a better understanding on the mode of learning. For example, blended learning, fully online and full-time on campus.
  • Have the opportunity to meet the deans, academic and administrative staff for counselling and advise
  • Get to know the university rules and regulations
  • Be familiar with the student portal, AeU Personalised Learning Space (myPLS) and digital library
Full-Time Students in Malaysia

All students are invited to attend the Orientation Day at AeU Campus, Subang Jaya which will enable you to:

Fully Online Students Abroad

We truly understand that students who study fully online abroad, may not be able to attend the orientation session with us.

  • Not to worry, for students who stays abroad will be provided with “Orientation Kit”
  • Students will be guided on how to use the student portal, AeU personalised learning space (myPLS) and digital library

However, if you happen to be in Malaysia, we welcome you to join us on the Orientation Day in AeU Campus, Subang Jaya.

    • 4 copies of recent passport-sized photograph (with white background) with name written on the reverse
    • 1 set of academic qualifications and transcript (If academic records are in language other than English, it must be accompanied with approved translation)
    • 1 set of TOEFL, IELTS or intensive English programme certificate
    • 1 copy of Curriculum Vitae
    • 2 copies of award letters for scholarship / sponsorship (if any)
    • 1 copy of payment receipt / slip
    • Medical Report (done at home country, for full-time students only)
    • Institution leaving certificate, testimonial, release letter, results, academic transcript and attendance report letter (applicable to applicant transferring from other University or College in Malaysia and holding a Student Pass or Dependent Pass)
