We need to look beyond competencies, which may focus on “what needs fixing,” and instead focus attention on the whole person and on strengths and natural talents.  The question is how to accomplish that?

Antoinette has 14 years’ international experience, including 5 years in consulting working with a variety of organisations and industries. She holds a M.Sc. in Organisational Psychology and also Hospitality Management Diploma.  She also holds an Honours Degree in Psychology and Bachelors in Psychology, Sociology and Criminology.

The second speaker, Puan Norhasniza Abdul Hamid touched on Leadership Coaching Case Study which explores the role of coaching in supporting leadership development in a Malaysian Government Linked company (GLC). It describes the collaboration roles and functions of divisional HR personnel and internal and external coaches in implementing the program.

Puan Norhasniza has 8 years working experience in a GLC environment especially in HR, Customer Service and People Development. She is a Certified Solution Focus Coach by Canadian Council of Professional Certification. She also completed her Business Coach program with Leadership University, USA.
