New Wave Leadership Programme

July 12, 2010

A New Wave Leadership Programme on “Learning Programmes & Outcome” was held at IOI Palm Garden Resort, Putrajaya from 12th-14th July 2010 for staff of AeU.

The trainer, Kapt M. Shanmugam (R) is an International Facilitator and Trainer over the past 20 years who trained, facilitated and coached thousands of participants in the Asian region on various aspects of Leadership and Team Development. His innovative, interactive and high impact approaches empower his participants to experience, reflect and act for self and organisational improvements.

This programme is designed to engage the body, mind and the heart’s motivation (spirit) to experience an insight to develop wisdom in leading ourselves and others. It will enhance emotional intelligence skills of leaders and create an Emotionally Excellent organisation.

The New Wave Leadership incorporates the following values, virtue and traits: clarity of purpose, creative & innovative, courage, community builder, compassion, coach and congruent.

Among the methodologies were interactive presentations, individual perception inventory, group review and reflection, experiential activities, role play, case studies and multi-media presentation.
